Fees Policy 2021
The Sabeel Development Programme (SDP) structures it’s subscription fees accordingly to meet student needs and maintain costs incurred in running all aspects of the programme. We believe the programme is an investment for students in developing and building themselves in this world in order to get the best of the hereafter. The following policies are in effect for the SDP subscription fees:
There are 3 payment options to make fee payments. Direct Debit payments are received and processed through Stripe. All plans are subject to a minimum 6 month term contract (See Refund Policy). The fee plans are as follows:
Full Payment (One Payment) – Fee is due upon registration.
Annual (3 Payments) – 1st payment due upon registration, subsequent payments due in September at the beginning of year 2 and 3.
Monthly Payments – (35 payments) – First payment due upon registration and taken as a non-refundable deposit (will count towards monthly payment). Direct debit will start from September of year 1.
All payments are due on the selected due date. If payments are not received by the due date, a late fee will be assessed. All students are responsible for meeting their fee obligation for SDP on a timely basis. Should you have difficulty in meeting your tuition obligation, it is your responsibility to notify the Sabeel administration team so that special arrangements and adjustments to your agreement can be made in writing. This payment plan must be agreed upon by all parties.
Any student whose tuition account falls in arrears and has not made alternative arrangements with the SDP administration team will have their student’s access to student learning portals and events revoked. No access will be granted until all financial obligations are up to date.
Any student who needs financial assistance, will be required to email the SDP administration team with a detailed explanation of their financial situation and what and how they would like to pay. After a review and evaluation is completed the SDP administration team will contact students with a decision or request for further details. Any agreements made are subject to review every 3 to 6 months. Students are required to inform administration when circumstances change and they can afford to pay the full fees.
Upon registration into the Sabeel Development Programme there is a 14 day cooling off period. After this cooling-off period students will be entering into a 6 month financial term contract.

Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed, though we will endeavour to process it sooner.
SDP 6 Month Term Contract
Upon registration students agree to a 6 month term contract with Sabeel. This means students are liable to pay a minimum of 6 months payment (£450) for SDP even if they decide to leave the programme within the first 6 months. Once the 6 month period ends, if a student decides to withdraw from the programme, they are required to give 30 days notice to end their subscription to the programme. For students who pay full amount or annual fees, the same procedure applies as mentioned above. Example: if a student paid the full amount or annual fees and decides to leave before 6 months, they will be liable for 6 months payment at the monthly rate of £75 per month. The remaining balance from their fee will be refunded minus any fees incurred for the original transaction. Students on special arrangements are also liable to pay for 6 months at the full monthly rate of £75 if they choose to withdraw from the programme within the first 6 months.
ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE 30 DAYS NOTICE IF THEY DECIDE TO LEAVE THE PROGRAMME AT ANY TIME.
